Seeberger + Associates LP recently completed two medical professional building, the Christus St. Catherine Medical Professional Plaza II and the Christus St. Catherine Medical Specialty Pavilion. Christus St. Catherine Medical Professional Plaza II is an 80,000 square-foot Medical Professional Building consisting of four stories, featuring a design of brick veneer and blue tinted double-glazed high efficiency glazing. The ground floor houses an Outpatient Surgery Center. The second, third and fourth floors accommodate approximately 25 to 30 physicians. This project was unique due to the second floor connecting hallway to the previously constructed medical building. Due to the successful partnership and design of Medical Plaza II, Seeberger + Associates were selected to design the Christus St. Catherine Medical Specialty Pavilion. The challenge was to create a contemporary aesthetic building, using the traditional materials from the present Christus St. Catherine’s Medical Campus. With the addition of aluminum cladding and curtain wall glass the desire affect was achieved. The completed 48,000 square-foot three story pavilion houses an MD Anderson Cancer Center on the first floor and approximately 5-10 physician practices on the second and third floors.
Seeberger + Associates LP knowledge of space planning and medical interiors helps drive their efficient floor plates for their medical office building designs. Seeberger + Associates is currently working on two new medical facilities, The Oak Bend Doctor Centers, at Williams Way and at Grand Parkway located in Richmond, Texas. |
