Project Description:

 This “build to suit” project is a dock high, 28 foot clear height tilt wall construction office/ warehouse facility designed to accommodate “high pile” storage. The two story 49,100 S.F. office portion offers an impressive entrance that consists of curtain wall and corrugated metal wall panels to provide a strong corporate presence. The entry is further accentuated by an elegantly sleek canopy, seamlessly integrated with the progressive use of curtain wall. The entrance lobby is enhanced by natural light and a visually stimulating open balcony from above. The office space consists of private offices around the perimeter allowing for natural light and expansive views. The service core and support areas are centrally located for efficient use of the entire building.
