Project Description:

 Central Green Business Park located near the Bush Intercontinental Airport, is home to nine industrial buildings and “build to suit” facilities acquired or developed by Liberty Property Trust. Seeberger Architecture has provided design and architectural services for these nine projects, encompassing over 800,000 square foot.

Building on a successful relationship, Liberty, Seeberger and Cadence McShane Corp. contractors recently completed the first LEED certified Core and Shell building in the Central Green Business Park.
