Project Description:

Through 30 years of extensive research and development, Enduro Composites has secured leadership positions in fiberglass building panels, cable tray and other related products. Specializing in FRP materials and engineered structures, Enduro offers a diverse line of products and service solutions for building, electrical, environmental and customized applications around the globe. Seeberger Architecture worked closely with design builder Cadence McShane Construction Company, developer Liberty Property Trust and the tenant, Enduro Systems, Inc. to create new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.

In planning stages of the building design, Enduro president, Walter Greig wanted the building to convey a corporate image for their office headquarters. A nearby building, owned by Liberty and designed by Seeberger Architecture, had caught his eye. Seeberger created a new building for Enduro with similar design elements, yet functional enough to meet Enduro’s desire for both a corporate image and complex manufacturing needs. The 117,600 S.F. twenty-four foot clear height facility also housed Enduro product lines, storage and employee support functions that include a break room, restrooms with showers and warehouse offices. Of special significance were the hazardous occupancy areas for storage and the handling of chemicals and the two story mezzanine.
