Cost: $5,053,000 Location: Katy, Texas Project Description: Christus St. Catherine Medical Professional Plaza II is an 80,000 square-foot Medical Professional Building consisting of four stories, featuring a design of brick veneer and blue tinted double-glazed high efficiency glazing. The ground floor houses an Outpatient Surgery Center. The second, third and fourth floors accommodate approximately 25 to 30 physicians. This project was unique due to the second floor connecting hallway to the previously constructed medical building. Seeberger Architecture’s knowledge of space planning and medical interiors helps drive their efficient floor plates for their medical office building designs. |
