Project Description:

 The new Oak Bend Hospital, serving the Richmond and Rosenberg area has added a three story medical professional building. The utilization of tilt wall construction, with reveals and brick accents, complements the Hospital design. Yet, the curtain wall feature with aluminum canopy and sunshade creates a unique contemporary identity. Due to Seeberger Architecture’s experience in healthcare facility design and the successful partnership in past projects, the firm was a natural choice for Design-Build contractor Cadence McShane. Seeberger Architecture, Architect of Record, worked closely with Marasco Associates of Colorado, the Design Architect.
