Project Description:

Site adaptations of the Arby’s Restaurant prototype are a challenging task. Seeberger + Associates worked closely with the Arby’s corporate in house design team to become familiar with the details and construction types of the prototype.

Site adaptation included complying with local business codes and developers architectural review committees. Seeberger + Associates assembled a design team to include structural, mechanical and plumbing engineers.

Quick serve restaurants such as Arby’s rely on quick service from their design teams, Seeberger delivers on time and “fresh and hot”.

Seeberger + Associates began their relationship with the Wendy’s organization, during the conversion of restraints for the MAPCO / Williams TravelCenters. Twelve Wendy’s Restaurants were constructed within travel centers. Wendy’s was impressed with the service received and enlisted Seeberger + Associates to become part of their team for both corporate owner and franchise owner sites. Seeberger's range of architectural services included: new, ground up sites, building conversions and remodels. Overall, Seeberger worked on forty-three Wendy’s project in forty-three cites and seven states.
